With respect to any prize with a value of more than $5,000, the Internal Revenue Service requires Sponsor to withhold federal income tax at the rate of 25%, or the current rate as established by the IRS. The winner would need to consult their tax professional to determine the specific tax implications they would receive.

A potential winner has the option to decline to accept Sponsor’s offering of a particular prize.   However, tickets to an individual series of games or events (e.g., tickets to all Las Vegas Raiders home games) are being offered as a non-separable ticket package, and therefore must be claimed by the potential winner on an “all-or-none” basis.  The potential winner is not permitted to accept tickets to certain Raider home games and decline tickets to others.
